Occupying the second highest location on the Ranch, the Overlook House enjoys commanding views of the Ranch lands, mountains and the Rogue River.

Rebuilt and renovated twice since 1992, the Overlook House has a total of 2,620 square feet and features metal roofing and original old-growth Douglas Fir wood siding sourced from the Ranch.

This single-level home has 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, office, living room, open kitchen and dining with river views from nearly every room.

The kitchen features butcher block counter tops, double ovens and a down vented cook top.

Notable is the Myrtle Wood paneling on the kitchen, dining and living room walls. No longer manufactured since mid-50’s and known for its beautiful, intricate grain patterns and rich colors, this unique Myrtle Wood paneling lends a touch of natural beauty and warmth to the interior. The floors are madrone, bamboo, tile and laminate.
